Welcome!

Welcome to Tipp-Monroe Community Services (TMCS) Online. We are a local nonprofit organization responsible for identifying and filling the needs of Tipp City and Monroe Township residents. We provide recreational, educational, and cultural programs at reasonable prices for all ages. Tipp Monroe Community Services works to improve the standard of living in our community and enjoys broad support from local residents, businesses, city and township government and the Board of Education.
